LIFE AMONG THE STARS AT BYRON

THE Byron Bay Bluesfest always draws a fair sprinkling of famous names and notable locals. Good to see HOTA boss Criena Gehrke in amongst it at the Tex Perkins concert. Jamie Durie was also spotted squiring a blonde beauty in to see George Clinton’s show. In a roll call of acts from around the world the Gold Coast’s Hussy Hicks were receiving loud praise from those who know about these things as the “best on ground”. In the words of one veteran concert goer – “They slayed it!” Until next year.
