Man drowns

A MAN drowned on the Gold Coast last night after it is understood he fell off a boat.

Paramedics raced to Hope Harbour Marina at 7.45pm. He died at the scene where members of the public did CPR before paramedics took over.

A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said he seemed to be aged between 50 and 70. It was unclear last night where the man was from.
