Cobby case adjourned

THE MAN accused of brutally murdering his estranged wife has had his matter adjourned so both sides can obtain more information.

Andrew John Cobby is charged with murder, 11 counts of fraud and forgery.

Cobby’s wife Kym Cobby was found dead on the side of the road at Arthur Payne Court, Worongary late on Sunday, November 12 last year.

Cobby was allegedly found by police just one street away.

The matter will return to the Southport Magistrates Court on July 9.
