FAITH’S TAKE ON REALITY SHOW

-

IT is a question that has stumped modern day philosophers for years. Is reality TV really real? For an answer to this pressing question we asked Faith Williams, a former contestant on The Bachelor, for her take. “It is sort of natural,” she laughed. “Speaking from my experience on The Bachelor there was a fair bit of setting up to ensure that there is drama and a tease for the next episode. You are in an unnatural setting with people who are in a competition and your emotions are heightened because the object of the show is to find someone. The tears are real because of that. In my case when I didn’t get a rose I came out, got myself back in shape physically, and started my life again. I’m very happy now because I have found the love of my life so it has all worked out for the best.”
