CR TIES KNOT
GOLD Coast councillor Cameron Caldwell married in a secret wedding ceremony late yesterday afternoon.
The city planning boss tied the knot with wife Lauren Turner in a harbourside ceremony at Sanctuary Cove.
The ceremony, which was kept under wraps, was attended by family and friends, including Mayor Tom Tate and his wife Ruth and Deputy Mayor Donna Gates.
“We are just so happy to be married, this is the most wonderful day of our lives,” Cr Caldwell told the Bulletin last night.
The bride wore an Alex Perry gown and wedding rings and jewellery were from Gold Coast-based jeweller LeGassick.
The stunning bridal bouquet was from Fleurus.
The groom wore a Peter Jackson dinner suit with his favourite RM Williams boots, and cuff links that were a gift from his wife.
The couple have been together for three years.
