HEARTS melted at first glimpse of one of the most famous babies in the world last night.

Baby Sussex was revealed with a glowing Meghan and proud as punch Harry releasing the first picture.

But there was no of a name.

Meghan looked relaxed, happy and tired.

The Duchess of Sussex said: “It’s magic, it’s pretty amazing, they are the two best guys in the world, so I’m pretty happy.”

When asked how he was sleeping, Meghan replied: “He has the sweetest temperament, he’s calm. He’s just been the dream. It’s been a special couple of days.”

Harry added it was unclear who the baby looked like.

“His looks are changing every single day. It’s great, parenting is amazing,” he said. “We’re so thrilled to have our own little bundle of joy.”

The photo was taken in St announcement George’s Hall. Meghan wore a white dress, while Harry was in a grey suit, white shirt and black tie.

Bookies offered free bets to lure punters for a flutter on the name with Alexander the favourite, Spencer a shortening roughie, and James and Arthur the value bets.

A few hundred metres from where the new parents were holed up, the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh hosted a function at Windsor Castle with Sir David Attenborough among the guests.

But they did not venture down to Harry and Meghan’s home at Frogmore Cottage.

Prince Charles jetted off to Germany with Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, also leaving the couple a chance to bond with their child.

The proud grandfather spoke in both German and English as he gushed about his new grandson.

Prince William and Kate were also thrilled but were yet to see their new nephew, who was born at 5.26am on Monday local time.
