STEALING — BROADBEACH

NEARLY $400 of clothing was stolen from a Broadbeach department store. On March 1 at 11.45am, two men entered a store on Hooker Blvd and picked out multiple items of clothing, including two red Calvin Klein sweat shirts, a Champion sweat shirt, two black Champion hooded jumpers and a pair of blue Adidas shorts.

The items were valued at $375.

The men are accused of concealing the garments and leaving the store without trying pay for the items. Police would like to speak to the two men pictured as they may have informatio­n relating to the theft. They are described as 18-years-old, 175cm tall and of slim builds.

STEALING — PALM BEACH

POLICE would like to speak to two men in relation to the alleged theft of alcohol from a Palm Beach liquor store.

Two men entered the Gold Coast Hwy store on February 28 at 5.07pm. One of the men allegedly walked to the back of the store and selected a four-pack of Jack Daniels pre-mix spirits cans and put them in his backpack.

He allegedly left the store without attempting to pay. The drinks were worth $22.50.

BREAK AND ENTER — SOUTHPORT

POLICE would like to speak to this man as he may have informatio­n relating to the theft of a large sum of cash from a Southport store.

On February 8 about 10.30pm, a man went to an Asian grocer on Scarboroug­h St and forced entry by damaging the front door.

The man entered the business’s backoffice and allegedly stole a large sum of cash from a locked cupboard.
