SELLER SWEEPS INTO YATALA

A SELLER of industrial and commercial floor cleaning equipment has moved into new premises in Yatala after purchasing a vacant warehouse and office for $1.127 million.

Anton Bilos, who runs Australian Sweeper Corporation, has bought 1/38 Computer Rd from Queensland Aluminium Services No.2 Pty Ltd, which is linked to Knotwood founder Darren Galway and bought the warehouse for $1.045 million in 2008.

Stapylton-based Knotwood manufactures aluminium products with woodgrain finishes.

The Computer Rd property contains a 653sq m warehouse and office, including a showroom and reception area on the ground floor.

It comes with 10 car parks.
