SUNLAND BUYS UP 7M SHARES

-

MYSTERY surrounds the identity of a seller who unloaded seven million shares in the Sunland Group in the space of two days.

It seems Sunland itself is in the dark because, under ASX rules, if the shares are held via nominee group such as Citibank or HSBC, such transactions only have to be reported quarterly.

Sunland snapped up the shares as part of its latest buyback, lifting the holding of company chiefs Soheil and Sahba Abedian past 40 per cent.
