HANG WITH KOALAS

IN keeping with our conservation theme, take the trip up to Daisy Hill Conservation Park.

Not only is it a great little area for long, meandering walks in bushland, the Daisy Hill Koala Centre is right beside the nature park.

The centre is a dedicated koala education facility and features a large outdoor koala enclosure.

There are two daily talks by wildlife officers – at 11am and 2pm. You can also book a private talk for bigger groups.

Watch the koalas snore away from two viewing platforms. The centre is open 9am to 4pm, while the park opens at 7am.
