NATIONAL BAKERY TAKES KCs’ PLACE

A BAKERY with a nationwide presence has leased the former KCs Bakery site at Molendinar.

The 6 Depot Court property was occupied by Australian Artisan Bakery Pty Ltd, which traded as KCs Bakery, prior to the business going into liquidation in March.

Owner Cavillwood Investments, linked to Gilston resident Amber Bromiley, engaged Commercial 1 Gold Coast’s Steve Macgregor to lease the premises.

The new national tenant has leased the property, which has a net lettable area of 1952sq m, for a fiveyear term with a three-year option.

It has purchased the existing plant and equipment from the liquidators.

Mr Macgregor declined to comment when contacted.
