WHAT I AM BINGEING

The host of Ten’s new game show The Cube has to remind himself he’s the host. It’s so much fun watching as people take on the challenges under pressure, he was forgetting to commentate. He tells us what else he’s been getting up to in his downtime.

WATCHING

You know Bec and I, for some reason, are watching season 16 of Law and Order SVU. They’re 40 minutes long, you know what you are going to get, there’s always a little twist. You don’t have to invest too much time into it.

LISTENING

Hamish & Andy’s Rememberin­g Project and the Hamish & Andy podcast and that's pretty much all you need. Are there any other podcasts out there? A friend of mine Steen Raskopoulo­s has a new one called Congrats … where he chats with people in the biz promoting their new film, TV show, book, app or diet plan. The twist is, it’s made up.

COOKING

I am the sous chef – my girlfriend Bec pretty much only allows me to chop onions. She’s a very good cook. She got new crockery delivered and on the back it says meal prepared by Rebecca Harding and then, in very small print, onions chopped by Andy Lee. Which pretty much sums up all our meals.

READING

Shuggie Bain by Douglas Stuart. It won the Booker Prize. It’s set in 1981 in Glasgow. I tend to do a mixture of listening to an audio book while I’m driving and then reading chapters before bed. I think everyone read Boy Swallows Universe by Trent Dalton, which was an absolute cracker. And then Titus O’Reilly’s book about the best sporting cheats of all time.
