BOTH Palm Beach and Burleigh will know the importance of all three points when they do battle against one another at Mallawa Sports Complex in Round 8 of the Gold Coast Premier League this Saturday.

Palm Beach come into the home game sitting just outside the top four but with their eyes firmly locked on to getting there by the halfway point of the season.

Visitors Burleigh, who sit in seventh, come into the game wth confidence after grinding out a tough 1-0 win against Kingscliff Wolves on Sunday afternoon at Pizzey Park and will be hopeful to get some more players on the park.

With the table playing musical chairs each week, the importance of three points heading into the final few games of the round is huge for both teams aspiration­s for 2021.

A welcome sight for the Bulldogs is Kristian Rees coming through 90 minutes of football unscathed and ready to help his side win.
