More time for bargain

BARGAIN hunters will be happy to know the tip shop on the Tweed has extended its opening hours to keep up with demand.

Tweed JUNKtion is now open on Tuesdays for a trial period as well as Wednesday to Saturday.

The shop is stocked with second-hand goods sorted by staff that would otherwise end up in landfill at the Stotts Creek centre.

Tweed JUNKtion will open from Tuesday to Friday 8.30am to 3pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm.
