Molendinar factory sold for $1.6m

A MOLENDINAR factory has sold for $1.6m to an owneroccupier planning to use it as a furniture warehouse.

The 19 Kamholtz Court property was purchased by Inkolo Pty Ltd and Kulala Pty Ltd, linked to Andrea van Heerden.

The seller was Adrian Fuller, who purchased the asset for $900,000 in 2014.

The property, which sold in December, is located in a complex of two and spans 280sq m on the ground floor plus mezzanine.

Josh Wright, formerly of Cushman & Wakefield and now with Crew Commercial, acted as marketing agent.
