Maudsland parcel sells

A LARGE parcel of land in Maudsland with approval for 22 townhouses has sold to a local developer.

The property at Lot 2 Yallaroi Rd was offloaded by Hatia Property Corporation, which has developed a number of the estates in the area including Huntington Rise and Huntington Downs.

The property was marketed by Dax Roep and Lachlan Marshall of Harcourts Coastal.

Mr Roep said the buyer planned to modify the existing approval for 22 townhouses.

He said the 8585sq m block was sold 10 days prior to auction.

The price was not disclosed.
