SHINING JEWEL TO GET A RESET

INTERNATIONAL jewellery designer John Calleija and wife Noni have set out to cash in one of their “gems” — a luxury home on a northern point at Ephraim Island.

The home, which comes with a six-car basement, games room and home theatre, was bought in Noni’s name for $3.165m in 2017.

The previous year the family home in Sanctuary Cove was sold for $10.9m and three Ephraim lots were bought from billionaire Riyu Li for $5.35m.
