Office build in marine precinct

THE expansion of the Coomera Marine Precinct continues, with plans unveiled for a three-storey office building and restaurant.

The building, put forward by SDVE Holdings, is planned for an undeveloped waterside site on Shipper Drive, with planning documents noting there was a lack of available office space for businesses operating out of the precinct. A restaurant and cafe will be built on the ground floor.
