FRIZELLE LINKED TO ROBINA LAND

THE name of motor-industry identity Brett Frizelle is being linked to the purchase of a major parcel of vacant Robina land from the Queensland Investment Corporation.

The 2.6ha holding is in Scottsdale Drive, opposite the East T shopping centre, and a deal was cemented in July, apparently for north of $15m.

Brett already owns a 1.7ha site nearby – it was transferred into his name at $20.4m in July from a company he and dad James owned.
