A NEIGHBOUR of Jackson O’Doherty says the OnlyFans millionaire “won’t be missed” after selling his Gold Coast mansion and has revealed what it’s really like living near the party boy.

Gary* – who claimed to be a neighbour of the YouTube prankster – said he “loved” living in the area before O’Doherty moved in.

The social media figure is known for his legendary parties thrown at the mansion, which he dubbed Playboy Mansion 2.0.

O’Doherty, 28, hosted what was dubbed Australia’s “wildest New Year’s Eve” party last year, where guests were “greeted by dwarfs”, entertained by acrobats and given free tattoos.

“When he had Shannon Noll there, the performance was clearly heard at our place,” Gary said.

“The sound system was cranked up to a point where it was difficult to hear our TV and the windows vibrated.

“They were entitled to have their parties but won’t be missed.”

The neighbour said other residents’ opinions of O’Doherty living in the neighbourhood were “mixed”.

“Some could not care less, some love that he was there and had these events and others were not that keen on the noise when an event was on, but I believe it was more perceived than actual annoyances,” Gary said.

But in a surprising revelation, he said the 28-year-old wasn’t the neighbour from hell everyone made him out to be.

“When there was a party it was loud, but most finished at reasonable times,” Gary said.

“The communication from his people (was) respectful and thoughtful.

“So I do think generally they were good neighbours but needed to just keep the volume down.”

He added the community perception of the mansion being “party central” was worse than the actual reality.

“Hopefully him going will (make it) be more peaceful,” Gary said.

“But in saying that, there were not many noisy occasions that occurred.”

In a video address to his fans, O’Doherty explained he sold the party pad because it had become “a blessing and a curse at the same time”.

“Don’t get me wrong, we’ve made some unforgettable, amazing memories at the house, but...I just got very caught up in a very unhealthy, dangerous cycle of going around drinking, doing a whole bunch of dumb sh*t every single week, ruining my health – my mental health, my physical health,” he said.
