So the GCCC has been caught out with issuing incorrect rates notice. While they are correcting this expensive mess they should also address the inclusion of the Land Title Reference number on their rates notices. The GCCC seems to be one of the few Local Authorities that exclude this. When speaking to a representative from Council I was advised it would be too costly to include. So when a land transaction takes place the person’s completing the documentation needs to obtain this information. Naturally there is a charge from the Department which places an unnecessary impost of the owner undertaking the transaction. Squizz.

It amazes me that we have living amongst us on the Gold Coast, people such as you, Darryl H, Darryle K, Stan F, Ken W, Ron N, Jennifer from Cairns, and others, who claim to know more about global warming than the tens of thousands of scientists worldwide, that work in organisations such as the CSIRO, NASA, The Royal Society and 300+ other reputable science organisations, that all say that climate change leading to global warming is real and is a danger to our human race.
