Look­ing af­ter the re­gion and giv­ing back is all part of the green ethos be­hind mov­ing the com­pany to Matakana. The fer­tile lands and ocean con­trib­ute to the growth of the busi­ness; us­ing nu­tri­ent rich lo­cal sea wood in his in­no­va­tive DIY irrigation sys­tem has seen the herb gar­dens and botan­i­cals flour­ish. Also, by us­ing new tech­nol­ogy, such as Bi­olytix Bio­pod worm farms and a so­lar-en­ergy sys­tem con­trolled through his smart­phone, Dan­vers is able to re­duce his foot­print – while gain­ing a big green tick from the com­mu­nity. les­flo­
