Telstra is up there with very worst
SPOT on, Shannon Newley and the editorial on (QT 08/11) regarding Telstra.
Without a doubt, in my experience, the very worst company I have had to deal with.
And this not just because Telstra’s call centre staff have almost non-existent English language skills.
I am sure your editorial comment echoed the sentiments of 99 per cent of the population.
The problem is that people using other servers say theirs are not really any different, especially when trying to communicate with them via telephone.
If there was a viable alternative, I would be with it.
However, I must give a thumbs up to staff at Telstra’s Redbank Plaza shop.
