Tel­stra is up there with very worst

SPOT on, Shan­non New­ley and the ed­i­to­rial on (QT 08/11) re­gard­ing Tel­stra.

With­out a doubt, in my ex­pe­ri­ence, the very worst com­pany I have had to deal with.

And this not just be­cause Tel­stra’s call cen­tre staff have al­most non-ex­is­tent English lan­guage skills.

I am sure your ed­i­to­rial com­ment echoed the sen­ti­ments of 99 per cent of the pop­u­la­tion.

The prob­lem is that peo­ple us­ing other servers say theirs are not re­ally any dif­fer­ent, es­pe­cially when try­ing to com­mu­ni­cate with them via tele­phone.

If there was a vi­able al­ter­na­tive, I would be with it.

How­ever, I must give a thumbs up to staff at Tel­stra’s Red­bank Plaza shop.
