The Kingsize Scholarship returns for 2015 off the back of its second successful year, and is now seeking applications from emerging photographers looking to develop their skills and career.

Established by Auckland’s Kingsize Studio, the scholarship programme puts successful applicants on a 12-week programme covering the art, technicalities, and business matters that all professional photographers need to know.

This year’s class begins in April and is held every Tuesday evening at Kingsize Studios, where students will have free access to equipment and studio space, and will learn from the studio team and guest speakers.

Students are given an assignment to complete each week, will undergo group critiques, and have free access to one of the studio’s many technical workshops offered throughout the year.

In order to apply you must submit a PDF portfolio and cover letter to the studio by 10am, Tuesday, March 31 — see kingsizestu for full details.
