Epson/NZIPP Iris Pro­fes­sional Pho­tog­ra­phy Awards 2015 win­ners an­nounced

There was no short­age of in­cred­i­ble pho­tog­ra­phy en­tered in, and ex­hib­ited at, the 2015 Iris Awards at the Ry­dges Lake­land Re­sort in Queen­stown. An en­tire floor of the ho­tel was filled with dis­plays of Gold-, Sil­ver-, and Bronze-awarded pho­to­graphs, with more dis­plays spot­ted on mul­ti­ple other floors through­out the venue. The abil­ity to get in on the judg­ing ac­tion was also avail­able to all of those who were in Queen­stown, and also ev­ery­one else from all over New Zealand, and over­seas, thanks to the live stream­ing of the judg­ing that was avail­able on­line.

This year’s NZ Pho­tog­ra­pher of the Year 2015 was rec­og­nized as Tracey Robin­son; Robert Pic­coli’s im­age re­ceived the Over­seas Pho­tog­ra­pher of the Year 2015 award; the High­est-Scor­ing-En­try Award 2015 was re­ceived by James Phillips for his im­age, which re­ceived a to­tal score of 97; and fi­nally, the Rookie Pho­tog­ra­pher of the Year 2015 was rec­og­nized as Ta­mara Mill­dove.
