Kiwi Patch

The Shed - - Education -

For people who are keen on soldering things up and making a close-tocommercial-grade finished product, Barry Kent and Andrew co-invented the ‘Kiwi Patch’ — a solderable, rapidprototype mirror of the solderless breadboard.

No special skills in circuit-board design are needed, as the complete breadboard circuit matrix can be moved hole for hole onto the identical Kiwi Patch printed circuit board (PCB) breadboard replica, then turned over and soldered up. Barry is a regular writer for The Shed and has done a series on electronics.
