TIME TO REIGN lived up to his trial and track work when a convincing winner at Royal Randwick over 1000m a fortnight back.
He has done very well since and on Tuesday morning, trainer Gary Portelli worked him with Test Of War on the Pro Ride over 800m in 50.28 their final 400m in 22.47 and last 200m 11.09 on the bridle.
It was solid work and if he parades well before going onto the track tomorrow, will take some beating in Race One at Rosehill Gardens.
Stablemate RONSTAR had three starts in his first preparation for two wins and he looks to have returned in good order judging by his trials and some nice morning gallops.
On Tuesday morning, he worked with a mate on the Pro Ride over 800m in 52.62, their final 400m in 23.6 and last 200m in 11.59 without being fully tested.
He is primed for a first-up performance and has a great chance in Race Two tomorrow.
TEST THE WORLD did a bit of work early in the run when resuming at Randwick and although under pressure on the turn, stuck to her guns wasn’t far away at finish.
She worked well last Saturday morning on the A Grass over 1000m in 1.08.07 with her final 400m in 24.41 and last 200m 11.72.
She backed it up Tuesday morning over the same track and distance in 1.08.16, her final 400m in 24.6 and last 200m in 12.2.
Trainer Bjorn Baker has her going well and she will go close in Race Seven.
FIERCE IMPACT was second-up from a spell when he contested the Toorak Handicap at Caufield recently and although he was never a winning chance, his run wasn’t too bad and has trained on well since.
Trainer Matthew Smith has kept him up to the mark with some nice work and on Tuesday morning, he galloped with a mate the Pro Ride over 1000m in 1.08.11, his final 400m in 24.22 and last 200m 11.97 pulling away over the final stages.
