Race 1: 1 WHATSIN 26/09/2021 Bathurst When questioned re riding over concluding stages, rdr std that given the tight formation of the field, he was obliged to navigate a path through the field and was not able full test his mount until the concluding stages where it found line well. When questioned whether there was the opportunit­y to secure a run to

extreme outside of the field upon straighten­ing, rdr std that given the positionin­g of another runner to his outside, this would have obliged him to steady his mount in order do so and given the short length of straight he instead elected to ride for luck. 6 HAMOGANY 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens Over the final 100m could not be ridden out when awkwardly placed close to heels. 9 SO SAY YOU 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens Rdr std tried take up fwd position in early stages, but when caught wide & w/out cover restrained mnt to obtain & raced further back than planned. When qst re riding over concluding stages, rdr std mnt laid in when under pressure, which restricted his ability to ride it out. Added approachin­g the w/post, he heard a call to his inside & stopped riding over concluding stages to alleviate pressure he may have been causing. Stwds acknowledg­ed mnt was inclined to lay in but advised rdr he should endeavour to fully test to finish. 15 LAUGHING OR CRYING 24/09/2021 Nowra Hung in in the early part of the straight. 16 CHEWIE TWO 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens COT: If begins well to be ridden further forward; settled outside leader. Making the first turn hung out. Over the concluding stages was hampered when crowded. In this incident made contact with hindquarte­rs of another rnr and consequent­ly could not be ridden out to the finish the event. 18e LORD DESANIMAUX 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens Slow to begin, shifted out and made contact with hindquarte­rs. From the 400m to the 250m was held up for clear running. 20e WESTGROVE 24/09/2021 Nowra Slow to begin. Raced threewide throughout. Hung in from the 150m and when it continued to do so, after the 100m the gelding had be corrected by its rider. 21e FOREVER JUDE 27/09/2021 Tamworth Slow to begin.

Race 2: 1 CATAPULT 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens Began only fairly. Pulled hard in the middle stages and was steadied from heels for some distance near 1000m. From the 400m to the 200m had difficulty obtaining clear running and near 200m, endeavoure­d to improve into a run and in doing so made slight contact, before then being disappoint­ed for this run. 2 ALWAYS SURE 4/09/2021 Royal Randwick Slow to begin. Rider reported that the gelding was uncharacte­ristically stirred up before the event. He added that after obtaining a mid-field position, mnt finished off the race in a onepaced fashion. A post-race vet exam did not reveal any significan­t abs. 5 BUDHWAR 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens Raced keenly in the middle stages. From the 300m to 150m was held up for clear running. 6 NOBLE SOLDIER 23/09/2021 Hawkesbury Crowded on jumping. 7 WILD CHAP 4/09/2021 Royal Randwick Raced keenly in the early and middle stages. 9 CREAM RISES 22/09/2021 Gosford Shortly after start was bumped. Rider reported that after being forced to race wide and without cover, his mount did not close off in the straight as a consequenc­e. A post-race vet exam revealed no abs. 10 DIFFERENT STROKES 21/09/2021 Wyong Began only fairly. 12 AKHTARBOBS Silver Bonus Scheme 29/09/2021 Kensington COT: To be ridden with cover; settled mid field with cover. Began awkwardly. Between the 400m and 250m, was held up and unable to improve. 13 DIVINE BREATH 16/09/2021 Kembla Grange Began awkwardly and shifted out. From a wide barrier was behind rnrs in the early stages. Inclined to lay when placed under pressure over the concluding

14 FUSCA 18/09/2021 Newcastle Raced wide and without cover throughout the event. 16e SALSONIC 29/09/2021 Kensington After being slow to begin, then was shifted behind rnrs in the early stages from the outside barrier. Rdr std that after being positioned at the rear of the field, mnt then raced fiercely throughout the middle stages and despite his efforts, refused to settle. Rdr added that mnt, in his opinion, refused to settle due to the ring becoming displaced from bit.

Race 3: 1 ACHIEVER 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens Began awkwardly, shifted out and made contact. 2 HERMAN HESSE (GB) 26/09/2021 Mornington Raced keenly in the early stages. Rdr reported gelding raced keenly and was allowed to stride freely and take the lead approachin­g the 1200m. 4 OUR INTRIGUE (NZ) 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens COT: To be ridden conservati­vely; settled behind mid field. Began awkwardly and then was hampered. From the outside barrier was then shifted behind rnrs in the early stgs. Near 350m, improved into a narrow run and was then taken out and bumped. Rdr std, as notified by the Stwds, was able to ride mnt in a more conservati­ve manner today. Std moderate tempo in early and mid stgs resulted in mnt not being able to make ground on leaders, when the race developed into a sprint home. A post-race vet exam rev no abs. 8 MONEGAL22/09/2021 Gosford From a wide barrier was shifted behind runners in the early stages. 9 PERFECT RADIANCE 3/09/2021 Wyong Shifted out on jumping and made contact. 10 COGNAC (IRE) 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens Raced keenly in the early and middle stages. Rdr confirmed that his instructio­ns were to take up a forward position behind the lead, however, mnt slipped

on jumping and lost ground (3L). He added that due to the known racing manners of mnt, he then was reluctant to ride it along in the early stages and consequent­ly raced at the rear of the field. 13 DREAM RUNNER 15/09/2021 Kensington Rdr std he had no specific instructio­ns on where to position mnt, however he intended roll forward. Std in the early stages, when he noticed several rnrs to his inside being ridden forward obtain prominent positions, he elected to ease mnt in an endeavour to cover. Std, however, mnt commenced race keenly and when the tempo of the race was only moderate, he then allowed it to stride forward, whereby he able obtain a position outside the leader near the 1100m. Between 150m and 100m, raced tight. 14 ITA29/09/2021 Kensington Near the 1500m was eased from heels. 15e SILHOUETTE­30/09/2021 Wyong Slow to begin and was then shifted behind runners in the early stages. 16e OLYMPIC GAZE 2/10/2021 Royal Randwick Began only fairly.

Race 4: 3 HILAL 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens From the outside barrier was shifted behind rnrs in the early stages. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. 4 BRIGANTINE 18/09/2021 Caulfield Raced three wide without cover 5 AKIHIRO 18/09/2021 Royal Randwick Rdr permitted to ride 1kg over the allotted weight. Rounding home turn became briefly held up when being shifted out to improve. 7 MORIDAN 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens Rdr std mnt hung throughout the event and ran wide on the home turn, and as a result could not be tested in the straight. A post-race vet exam revealed the colt to displaying a poor recovery. Tnr was advised that vet clearance will be required before the colt barrier trials to the satisfacti­on of the Stewards. Vet clearance since received and passed trial at Goulburn 5/10/21. 8 THREE WISE MEN 22/09/2021 Gosford From a wide barrier was shifted behind runners in the early stages. Rider reported that his saddle forward in the early stages, which placed him at a disadvanta­ge for the remainder of the race. 9 THE MYSTERY GUY 27/09/2021 Tamworth Slow to begin. Raced wide & without cover throughout.

Race 5: 1 SWORD OF STATE 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens Bumped on jumping. A post-race vet exam of the colt, which raced wide and without cover for the majority event, revealed no abs. 2 PAULELE 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens From a wide barrier was shifted behind rnrs in the early stages. 4 GLENEAGLES 11/09/2021 Rosehill At Kembla Grange COT: To be ridden conservati­vely; settled back. From a wide barrier was shifted behind rnrs in the early stages. the 350m to 200m had difficulty obtaining clear running. 5 TRISTATE 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens Near the 200m, shifted out when inclined to lay out. 6 KING OF SPARTA 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens Began only fairly and from the outside barrier then was shifted behind rnrs in the early stages. Rounding the home turn bumped and became momentaril­y unbalanced. 7 OVERPASS 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens Began awkwardly and shortly afterwards was hampered. Raced keenly in the early stages. Over the concluding stages had some difficulty securing clear running when placed close to heels. 8 MIMOSAS 12/06/2021 Ladbrokes Park Hillside Slow to begin. 9 A VERY FINE RED 25/09/2021 Rosehill Gardens COT: Option be ridden further forward from the inside barrier; settled mid field. Shortly after the start, shifted out. Had difficulty obtaining clear running until near the 300m.
