I defy any­one to eat Steven’s Choco­late Cloud ($9) and not drift away on a groan of plea­sure. Be­ware the Salted Caramel Tart … it will be­come an ad­dic­tion, which prob­a­bly ex­plains why he and patissiere part­ner Chantelle Giar­dina are hav­ing to bot­tle and sell the caramel soon.
