Start with bar­be­cued garfish and aioli matched with ries­ling, move on to pork belly salad with an in­ter­est­ing zin­fan­del, and even­tu­ally fin­ish (if you have space) with a mus­cat ac­com­pa­nied by fruit cook­ies.
