FROM THE EDITOR

The Sunday Telegraph (Sydney) - Body and Soul - - B+S -

I’m no stranger to a rubbish night’s sleep. I’ve previously waxed lyrical in b+ s about all the different sleep aids I’ve tried over the years in a bid to nail an uninterrupted eight hours. But nothing (well, apart from a former neighbour who enjoyed watching war movies at full volume at 4am) compounds my already fractious relationship with sleep more than summer weather. Urgh!

Even the most solid sleeper can find themselves struggling with all that bright light and uncomfortable warm air at this time of year. So this week, we’ve consulted the experts – and some celebs, too – to find out the secrets to securing a solid night’s shut- eye when the weather warms up.

From chilled mattress toppers to banana tea and the best beauty products to help you set yourself up for your most restful summer ever, you’ll find all the latest and greatest advice from page 4. Here’s wishing you a sweet, slumber-filled summer. Good luck!
