I’m no stranger to a rubbish night’s sleep. I’ve previously waxed lyrical in b+ s about all the different sleep aids I’ve tried over the years in a bid to nail an uninterrupted eight hours. But nothing (well, apart from a former neighbour who enjoyed watching war movies at full volume at 4am) compounds my already fractious relationship with sleep more than summer weather. Urgh!
