Flor­ida State Uni­ver­sity re­searchers found that peo­ple who eat a pro­tein-rich snack at night ex­pe­ri­ence im­prove­ments in their mus­cle qual­ity, me­tab­o­lism and over­all health – with­out gain­ing ex­tra body fat.
