Re­searchers found that el­derly peo­ple who worked out dur­ing their younger years had mus­cles al­most iden­ti­cal to those of a 25-year-old; their aer­o­bic ca­pac­ity was also 40 per cent higher than their seden­tary peers. So if you want to stop the clock, it’s off to the gym for you!
