You may be well-versed on the dangers of driving under the influence, but did you know driving while dehydrated is also risky? A study in the journal Physiology and Behaviour found that parched drivers make twice as many mistakes as those who are well-hydrated, which is the equivalent of driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 – well over the legal limit.
