SINGLE-USE PLASTICS Many cruise lines are committing to end the use of single-use plastic such as straws and water bottles on ships. One of the leaders in sustainable tourism, Peregrine Adventures, has not only banned all single-use plastics on its Adventure Cruising charter trips, they also provide cloth bags and refillable water bottles to guests and offer carbon offsets on all trips through a range of renewable energy projects.
