Four hot Brits, fanatics for enjoying food without the guilt or the kilos, throw out the term “diet” with some workable solutions. Each week they help a dieter drop a dress size by giving their old favourites a healthier twist, ditching calories but not taste.
The idea is to stop people being scared of what they eat, but taking control over what makes it up. Tonight, a roast dinner, pasta carbonara and apple crumble get a makeover. No miracles here, but some handy hints and achievable changes.
