The Sunday Telegraph (Sydney) - TV Guide - - Movie Reviews -

Jim Carrey walked around this movie for a long while, then simply walked away, so director Joel Schumacher called in a favour from Colin Farrell. Here Farrell plays Stu Shepard, a fast-talking Broadway press agent who uses a pay phone, rather than his mobile, because he wants to call his mistress (Australian Radha Mitchell) and doesn’t want his wife ( Katie Holmes) to see the call on his account. Just as he goes to pick up the phone, it rings. For the next 75-odd fairly intense minutes, he is at the mercy of a sniper known only as The Voice.
