With a six-month training regime ahead, it’s hard to believe a group of weedy Poms could become infantrymen serving in Afghanistan. But before anyone is deployed, they’ll need to be broken down to be broken in.
After just one oath pledging their allegiance, a quick hair cut and a verbal dressing down from their superiors, these young soldiers face withdrawals from leaving their loved ones and begin to second guess their decisions.
But these young boys quickly become men as they push to hold their positions in the force.
