Marion Grasby be­came a house­hold name af­ter her suc­cess in the sec­ond se­ries of MasterChef. She trav­els to the small Thai vil­lage of Nakhon Chum, where her mother Noi grew up, re­con­nects with her fam­ily and cooks some un­usual dishes. Grasby makes friends wher­ever she goes, im­press­ing with her in­no­va­tive take on Thai food. The se­cret to great Thai, she claims, is mas­ter­ing three in­gre­di­ents: lime juice, chilli and co­rian­der.
