Jamie Olivier may be at log­ger­heads with fel­low Bri­tish cook Gor­don Ram­say at the mo­ment, but he still has time to rus­tle up some tasty favourites fast.

With just 15 min­utes to plate up the per­fect din­ner, there’s no doubt he’s feel­ing the heat, yet he still man­ages to turn out de­li­cious dishes.

On the menu is rose­mary chicken, grilled po­lenta and porcini tomato sauce, sticky squid balls and grilled prawns and noo­dle broth.

Add the Ital­ian al­ter­na­tive of sausage fusilli with creamy gar­den salad and no one can say they are too time-strapped to en­gage in creative cook­ing.
