GUY Sebastian, I could not love you more. The winner and Sony hitmaker, shows what a beautiful soul he is in this new ABC documentary series which sees him act as a musical mentor for the children of Perth’s Challis Community Primary School. The district has its disadvantages but this school’s inspiring principal Lee Musumeci wants more for her students and pushes for them to get access to second-hand instruments and the experts to teach them such a valuable part of their education. This is feel-good TV at its best, and whether you get swept up in the emotive score, or just wonder at the innocence and raw talent of some of these remarkable kids, and equally, their devoted and enthusiastic teachers, this will give you goosebumps. At least, it did me.
