BABY, IT’S COLD OUTSIDE

The Sunday Telegraph (Sydney) - TV Guide - - News -

MARVELLOUS Ms Miriam Margoyles joins the good women at Nonnatus House, playing Sister Mildred, who arrives amid a Christmas flurry of snow, bearing four Chinese orphan girls, readying to find their forever families.

Just like the actress herself, Mildred announces she is “indefatigable”, barely slowed by the challenge of wrangling the tiny tots.

Adding to the excitement of the season, Trixie (Helen George, pictured) returns – her usual stylish self in a must-have red coat – and is welcomed back by the nuns and nurses, who also have their hands full with the local expectant mothers.

Meanwhile, Dr Turner’s new helper, who immediately wants to change things around, unsettles Shelagh.
