The Sunday Telegraph (Sydney) - TV Guide - - Watch This -

9.40PM, SBS

THE contraceptive pill is often credited for the sexual revolution, affording women greater freedoms to choose sexual partners, without fear of unwanted pregnancy. Yet the tiny little tablet has been at the centre of big scandals and fear-mongering over the years, including it being linked to an increased risk of breast cancer, blood clots and even suicidal thoughts. But how likely are these side effects really? Myths and skewed reporting aside, UK GP Dr Zoe Williams (pictured) is out to set the record straight and launches her own survey of 1000 women, aged between 18-35. A must-watch.
