6.30PM, SBS FOOD WHILE Rick Stein (pic­tured) trav­els to many far-flung places in this series, tonight he’s in his na­tive Corn­wall, in a small sea­side vil­lage of Mouse­hole. On a chilly win­ter af­ter­noon, he’s lov­ing the warmth of the pub, where the lo­cals are shar­ing the lo­cal spe­cial­ity – stargazy pie. It’s supposed to be de­li­cious, though the unini­ti­ated are of­ten star­tled, my­self in­cluded, to see all those fish heads and tails stick­ing out.
