Socceroo kicks a goal in inner west
THEY are kicking goals in the record setting inner west. Former Socceroo Jason Culina (inset) and wife Terri have sold their revamped Putneyney home for a tidy profit again. They wanted $3.2 million and secured $3.48 million. The home cost $1.77 million three years ago.
The couple aren’t heading far, having paid $2.9 million for a nearby farmhouse.
Records fell yesterday in Strathfield, with the latest $8.8 million sale by Sanity boss Ray Itaoui and wife Rachel.
Their Frank Lloyd-Wright inspired mansion that cost them $5 million in 2010 sold through Georges Ellis & Co agent Joseph Georges. The suburb record has been set four times in the past year.
