A su­pe­rior re­tread of a Kiwi clas­sic about three ac­ci­den­tal out­laws who tra­verse the length of New Zealand in a souped-up yel­low Mini.

Michael Caine, Mor­gan Free­man and Alan Arkin get away with this geri­atric screen heist by the skin of their pants — but only be­cause they are old pros.
