Jilted MKR star’s six pack of revenge

The Sunday Telegraph (Sydney) - - NEWS -

REVENGE is definitely tasting sweet for My Kitchen Rules star JP Huillet, whose former flame Nelly Riggio ended up in the arms of celebrity chef Adriano Zumbo.

The 31-year-old was left “sad, angry and confused” after the split but used it to turn his life around and get a “revenge body”.

Huillet has shed two kilos of fat and put on half a kilo of muscle in the past six weeks as his life takes a “a complete 360”. “I’m very happy. My view on things is that life goes on,” he said. “I’m travelling, I’m in the gym and eating right and doing what I want to do.”

Huillet and Riggio initially stayed together after her move to Sydney to work with Zumbo last September but their relationship fell apart within a matter of months.

While rumours of an affair plagued the split, it is unclear when Zumbo and Riggio began dating. Huillet said he only discovered his lover and the Just Desserts host were officially together when she posted on Instagram.

“Obviously … I was sad because I saw my life going a certain way with Nelly, but I am in such a different place now. Like I’ve said before, I wish them all the best,” he said.

“Honestly, people change and people grow apart and it is what it is, so there’s no point in holding on to it or being upset about it.”
