The Sunday Telegraph (Sydney) - - REALESTATE -

FEDERAL politician Michelle Rowland made a tidy profit on her two bedroom investment apartment in Woolloomooloo when it sold recently to a local publican.

Rowland, who is the member for Greenway, representing the Labor Party in Seven Hills, sold the Edo apartment for $1,625,000 through R&W estate agent Jason Boon.

It was bought with her lawyer husband, Michael Chaaya in 2008 for $920,000.

The third floor Crown St apartment spans over two levels, with one bedroom and one bathroom on each level.

It came with city skyline views from the living area.

Rowland (inset) lives in her electorate at Glenwood, having paid $825,000 for a five bedroom home in 2011.

In 2015 she was elevated to Shadow Minister for Communications.
