Conversation topic boats, not houses

The Sunday Telegraph (Sydney) - - REALESTATE -

CELEBRITY accountant Anthony Bell was spotted having a catch-up with celebrity estate agent Bill Malouf in Rose Bay yesterday morning.

But my cafe spy says they hey were talking boats not houses.

The LJH real estate legend’s boating passion is s well known — though a bit t more recreational than Bell’s ell’s who skippered last year’s Rolex Sydney to Hobart race winner.

Of course speculation has surrounded the luxury Watsons Bay matrimonial home of Bell (inset) and his wife, broadcaster Kelly Landry, ever since the very public estrangement.

The five-bedroom harbour front occupies a 1060sq m double block. It was bought for $12.5 million in 2013.

There have been two higher sales at Watsons Bay since their purchase, with prices peaking at $14.5 million in 2015.

Bell’s accounting firm, Bell Partners was established in 1997 before buying his late father’s practice the following year.
