DOGS TO FOLLOW

The Sunday Telegraph (Sydney) - - RACING -

KIHAEL ROAD

Resumed from a long spell with a great second at Wentworth Park on Wednesday. Was third at the first turn but was severely hampered. Flashed home to beat all but Famous Prince.

TRISTAN CANNON

Has a big reputation as a one-turn track specialist but ran a mighty race when second on the tighter Wentworth Park on Wednesday. Bungled the start and came from last to chase home Black County. Had box three but will be better suited when drawn wide.

BULA FAB GIRL

Was a fast-finishing second over 450m at Maitland on Tuesday and, although beaten five lengths, was unlucky not to finish closer. Had box four and was badly hampered soon after the start. Came from fifth so her run was full of merit.

DYNA ELIAS

This former Victorian staged a remarkable performance to win over 440m at Goulburn on Tuesday. After being sixth away, was still a distant third at the top of the straight but flashed home out wide to win narrowly. Should be better suited over a slightly longer trip.

TORMUND

This Amanda Bruntontrained maiden registered his first placing when second over 520m at Nowra on Monday. Drew box five but was checked twice and came from a long way back to finish second. Will win when he draws an inside box.
